Proatar help cricket amateurs and fans make meaningful, one-to-one connections with world’s best cricketers.

You can send a video of their cricket skills (e.g. batting, bowling) or queries (e.g. captaincy, parenting) to anyone of our carefully curated list of top international cricketers. The video can be uploaded direct from your chosen player’s page either on the Proatar Cricket website or App.

Your selected cricketer will then receive your video on their tablet. She/he will use the incredible ‘Proatar Elite App’ which offers them broadcast-quality suite of tools — to create a tailored feedback video with a mix of annotations, voiceover commentary, and picture-in-picture analysis- and reply back with a highly personalised video message sent to your phone. This incredible video is yours to download, watch over and share.

We also offer this incredible opportunity to connect with an elite cricketer as eGift card. They make for a memorable gift for the cricket player in your life.

We have 2 types of Gift cards:

  1. ‘Gift a Player’ will give your recipient the opportunity to receive 1 highly personalised video message direct from particular cricketer you have chosen.
  2. ‘Gift Credit Amount’ will give her/him a set amount of credits which can be redeemed towards connecting with any cricketer on Proatar.

The cost of a video message is set individually by each Cricketer and therefore the price will vary depending on which Cricketer you select. The cost is show as Credits e.g. 20 Credits. You can purchase credits from the Proatar Wallet. When you purchase credits, they are stored in your wallet & you can redeem them for a highly personalized video message from your chosen cricketer.

Your request video(s) can be between 1min and 10mins with a size limit of 800 MB. And you can select multiple videos which we will put together and send to your chosen cricketer.

A well shot request video will help your chosen cricketer to give you more accurate and insightful feedback. Please see the guidelines videos at the bottom on each of our player pages.

A: Our cricketers have 10 days to reply back to you. And it is not atypical that they respond well before 10 days.

You will receive proactive emails, sms-es and in-app notifications when your video has reached your chosen cricketer, once she/he has accepted and when they reply back to you. You can also see the current status of your request under the ‘Your Consultations’ section

Your chosen Cricketer will send you an email, sms and in-app notification informing you that they have replied directly to you.
Your reply video will show up in your app and in email .

Yes please go to Your Consultations –click on the ‘Know more’ link & tap on the ‘Save to album’ button. Download the video, play it over & over

Yes again from Your Consultations – click on the ‘Know more’ link to share it on your social media, making you the envy of your friends!

Reply videos may not be returned or exchanged and no refunds will be issued. However please do contact support@proatar.com with your issue/feedback and we will aim to help.

WALLET FAQ

Your purchased credits are shown in the “Available Credits to Spend” section. e.g. if you spend 100$ then 20 Credits are added to your Available Credits.
When you send a video request to your chosen elite pro, the credits are moved to “Currently Reserved” – and when and only when your chosen Cricketer replies back to your request – that the credits are deducted/removed from your wallet.
Credits allow us to offer you the option of operate such a reserve mechanism.
This credit reserving mechanism allows us to be:

  • fair to you (your credits are not deducted till you get your feedback from your chosen cricketer)
  • fair to our cricketers (since you had to pre-pay) they have the assurance that their time and efforts will be compensated.

Additionally, Credits allow us to run loyalty programs for you.

Credits expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

Our strategy is to choose industry leading payment gateway providers with reputation for excellence and security – our current implementations uses Adyen and Apple In App as our payment gateway providers – who are tier 1 providers and offer best-in-class security.

GIFTING FAQ

We have 2 types of Gift cards:

Gift cards are delivered to the sender & receiver email ids (that you entered at the time of purchase) as a pdf attachment which can be easily printed.

Sometimes the Gift card email gets filtered into people’s spam folder, therefore please check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. If you still cannot locate your gift card email, please contact us at support@proatar.com and we are here to help (and resend if necessary).
